fashion bare: Order & Shipping information

ORDER & PAYMENT GUIDELINES

1) For local (Singapore) order:

i) Credit cards/Debit cards payment :

- Pls add the selected items using “ADD TO CART”

- After the selected items are finalized, pls proceed to “CHECK OUT”.

- Pls check the total price & proceed for payment via PayPal.

- Pls note that there will be additional PayPal transaction fees of 3.4% plus $0.50 SGD of total charges. (this will be reflected on the PayPal invoice as “SALES TAX”)

- Upon Payment, Fashion Bare will arrange the goods to be delivered to you within the next 3 – 4 business days.

ii) For ATMs transfer (DBS/POSB/UOB) :

- Pls email your confirm orders to fashionbare@gmail.com

- Pls indicate on your email:
1) Your name
2) Your mobile phone number
3) Your address
4) Item Name & Item Code
5) Quantity
6) Total Price
7) Preferred Bank for transfer (UOB/DBS/POSB)

- Fashion Bare will confirm via email on the total price & postage charge to be paid.

- Upon your confirmation/acceptance of total charges, Fashion Bare will email or sms the preferred bank account number for payment transfers.

- Pls sms/email Fashion Bare the transferred date, time & amount upon completion of payment transfer .

- Payment are to be made within 3 days after the confirmation

- Upon Payment, Fashion Bare will arrange the goods to be delivered to you within the next 3 – 4 business days.

2) For Overseas orders :

i) Credit cards/Debit cards payment via PayPal email :

- Pls email your confirm orders to fashionbare@gmail.com

- Pls indicate on your email:
1) Your name
2) Your address
3) Item Name & Item Code
4) Quantity
5) Total Price

- Fashion Bare will confirm via email on the total price, additional charge & postage to be paid.

- Pls note that there will be additional PayPal transaction fees of 3.4% plus $0.50 SGD of total charges.

- Upon your confirmation/acceptance of total charges, Fashion Bare will send an ‘Request Money Email’ for credit cards/debit cards payment via PayPal.

- Payment are to be made within 3 days after the confirmation

- Upon Payment, Fashion Bare will arrange the goods to be delivered to you.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

1) Local Delivery via Sing Post

i) Local postage is charge at S$1 per pc - for clothes only. For shoes, a flat postage fee of $2.60 applies. (For delivery within Singapore)
ii) For order above S$30, a flat postage fee of S$3.40 applies. (For delivery within Singapore)

2) International delivery

- Postage will be charged according to Parcel Rates given by Singpost.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) No changes of the order will be accepted after payment is made.

2) No refunds or exchange are allowed.

3) Exchange will only be allowed unless major defects are reported within 3 days upon receiving of parcel or 7 days after payment.

4) Exchange items are to be return in original packaging & in good condition (with tags, plastic or boxes)

5) Fashion Bare will not be responsible for any package lost.

6) Custom taxes, import duty, valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related levy will be Customer’s responsibility. Fashion Bare cannot make any guarantees or estimation on whether any shipments will or will not be required to pay customs-related levy.
